Winemakers tasting notes:-

The colour is crimson with purple hues. The smell is of mulberry and plum with floral herbs and pepper. The taste is fresh, juicy rich fruit with savoury pepper and spice to add to the complexity of this full-flavoured medium-bodied wine. Will keep well for 10 years easily.
