The 2024 Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon is shaped by an early, dry season, producing a wine of dark fruit intensity and refined structure. Concentrated yet balanced, it shows the richness and drive typical of Barossa Cabernet in a warm, low-yielding year.
Displaying a medium to deep crimson hue with purple highlights. On the nose, bright aromas of juicy blueberry and blackcurrant are complemented by cassis, brambly spice, and subtle hints of chocolate and earth. The medium-bodied palate is vibrant and juicy, with blue fruits and sweet spices balanced by fine-grained tannins, leading to a long, satisfying finish.
